#46 Decrypt common symmetric ciphers

I have in mind a separate little window in which one can select one of the common symmetric ciphers (AES, Twofish, ...) and a cipher mode and load a key and an IV by selecting a suitably long range of bytes in the main window; once that's set up, selecting any suitably long byte sequence of bytes in the main window will show the result of decrypting that sequence with the current decryption scheme.
