#18 Cut and Delete both allow copying to clipboard

Frhed 1.3.4.

If I select Cut or Delete from context menu, I'll see the exatcly same dialog. The only difference is that "Cut to clipboard" is by default selected for Cut.

I've don't remember seeing another application where 'Delete' puts data to clipboard.

Normally:
- Cut: delete the text (data) and put it to clipboard
- Delete: delete the text (data)

Frhed should behave similarly. So the checkbox "Cut to clipboard" can be simply removed.
