#7 Paste-dialog shows list of clipboard formats

When the user opens Paste-dialog he sees list of Windows clipboard formats. The list contains items like:
- CF_UNICODETEXT
- CF_LOCALE
- CF_OEMTEXT

These are Windows interal/technical constant that user has no any clue what they mean (one can guess _UNICODETEXT has something to do with Unicode). So the selection is just useless for most users.

Those constants must be replaced with descriptive texts.
