#2 My Frets on Fire stops working after i select song

hi

i am running a 1.73ghz dual core with windows vista and 2gb of ram. i have the latest video drivers and my firewall is open to fof. whenever u try to select a song, (in between the library and the difficulty menu) it shows an error:

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\Nergal\\AppData\\Roaming\\fretsonfire\\fretsonfire.ini'

then i am forced to hit ok and the program freezes.

i have alrealdy installed and re-installed several versions of the program and the directory does exits
