OKAY SO EVERYTHING IS SLOW EXCEPT SOUND!!! THE VIDEO THE MENUES(PROLLY NOT SPELLED RIGHT) .... i wanna know if i am suppose to have problems.... i have windows 2000 i have 200 and some RAM i have 1-2 cpu... and i have a pentium 3 proccessor.... i don't really know much about computers... even though my mom's a techy... and well she sux... but anyways... i need help... telll me what i'm doing wrong!!!

Well... You have Windows 2000. That's a problem right there.
What's "1-2 cpu"? And you have a Pentium 3 processor... Ok, you know what, I'm gonna stop reading your post.
You need a new computer. And a new operating system. And probably a new graphics card. Way to go not to post your full computer specifications...
