#102 Czech translation is using both cz and cs

It seems czech translation files are using both cs and cz.

data/translations/fretsonfire_cs.po
data/translations/tutorial_cs.po
data/translations/fretsonfire_cz.po
data/translations/tutorial_cz.po

I think there should only be cs and that cz is using wrong language code (should be deleted).

But the cz and cs files have different translation strings so someone who understands czech should decide which strings to keep.

Also in data/translations/update.py i belive:

"cz": "czech",

Should be changed to:

"cs": "czech",
