#4 Report does not stay contrained to viewable area
The report screen will expand beyond viewable area with displaying scroll bars. Default viewable area should probably be 1024x768. inner viewable area should stay constrained to that. Right now if you select "*" next to Test or Output, the right side totally disappears and not scroll bar is visible to allow user to access it. Note in the attached picture that the inner scroll bar button is below the window. Also note that the right side (Assert, Output, Elapsed Timing) is not visible and there is no horizontal scroll bar.
