#45 Freewrapped application cannot run after modified by Microsoft's code signing tool

Hello,
I am trying to sign an exe application created by Freewrap.exe on my Windows 7 PC.
Prior to code signing, the application can run without issue.
After using Microsoft's code sign process, the signed executable cannot run.
The message "Unable to initialize TCL" is displayed if run application is run from the DOS command line.

Other info:
Freewrap.exe is 32bit compiled. My Windows 7 is 64bit. However, i dont think this should be an issue.

I confirmed the signtool is also 32bit

I will not be making any changes to freeWrap to support the MS code signing tool.
