#8 Site refresh prob, when near 12a GMT

When refreshing a site, and the refresh goes past
Midnight GMT, the site will be refreshed, but the next
days date will be recorded in the .ini file. So the
next day, when I go to refresh the site, it tells me
it is already refreshed. By editing the .ini file I
can then refresh site.

Example:
refreshing late on 7-8-2001.
refresh goes past Midnight GMT.
Site is refreshed for 7-9-2001, but
.ini file says 7-10-2001 !!!

This is not something that occurs all the time,
because I have my sites scheduled 1-4 hours before
Midnight GMT. Happens if I do a full reinsert and it
takes longer than I expect. Or if I have Freeweb shut
off until I remember (late) to turn it on. Or if I
were to have a locked up computer. Or if someone
didn't use the scheduling option and started late.
Basically anytime a site refresh goes past Midnight
GMT.
