#16 crashing on inserting big file

Hi,

there is a pb on inserting big file (40Még) via your
interface. Indeed, at a moment the application disappear
completely without any error message. I cannot find any
log file ? where is it ?
It works perfectly for little files.

My conf :
512 Még PIII jre1.3.1 winXP
