#15 Crashes on generating keypair

I've gotten FreeWeb to completely insert my site, but
then at the end, when it says "all files inserted" and
then "creating keypair" for my freesite, it crashes.

I get a "This program has performed an illegal
operation and will be shut down." from Windows.

More specifically:

"FREEWEB caused an invalid page fault in module
FREEWEB.EXE at 0167:0041d3c6."

and then the content of the registers and the stack dump.

I've tried doing this several times, and, sure 'nuff,
it crashes every time.

I'm running Windows 98.
