Freevo version 1.7.0-rc1 is out

Freevo 1.7.0 release candidate 1 contains quite a few major new features. Including a great web interface to the media on your freevo machine, an encodeserver to compress recordings in the background, an rss feedserver so you can download your favourite podcasts in the background, support for Linux events.

For this release you also need the kaa base and metadata from the freevo download pages and you will also need Python-2.4
