Yes, I'd prefer to use mplayer as the player, but if I want to watch it in real time, without dumping an MPEG2 file on my disk everytime, vlc is the only way to go. I guess the vlc/mplayer combo is good if I want to do timeshifting (pausing a live program). Is this how it works now in Freevo even when just watching live TV ? Tristan |
