#466 Menu awareness for the OSD

While working on the OSD skin for geekbox I realized that the next step for the OSD interface should be awareness of where in freevo the OSD shows. The main skin implementation already allows this with different styles for different menus. Having this ability in the OSD would allow for deeper integration with the main skin. Especially differentiating between menu and video would be very cool.

    There is no way to express in the OSD xml file to display something different depending on if you are in the main menu, any sub-menu or if you're playing a video file.

    Was that more clear? :-)

    A simple way to do that would be to hack up all the dialogs to process (yet) another parameter. Something like

    display={menu,video,tv,music,etc}

    and then do all the logic in the osd containers in the skin file. I don't know but it kinda makes the skin file nasty because a lot of logic happens in the attributes instead of the structure of the document.
