FreeToken / News: Recent posts

So you can start to see some of the ideas coming out of this project, a proof of concept Java token has been released. Ideas for the next stages are starting to come together - see the readme.txt file in this release for more details.

Hopefully these ideas can be formed into a roadmap soon.

I've got the first release pretty much ready - I just want to tidy a few things up. I'm using SHA-1 for the token hashing right now, and while it should be safe enough I'll be moving to SHA-256 or SHA-512 when I get round to writing a J2ME implementation.

I'll try and get a roadmap for the project up in documentation soon too.
