EnableSsl and Browser Back Button
Brought to you by:

I've come acorss a bit of a problem when EnableSsl is
set to true.
If a user presses the "back" button within the browser
(as lots of them tend to do), the iframe (XX_editor)
goes 'back' to whatever the default document within the
current directory is.
A fix that we've come up with to allow it to fail
gracefully is to create an empty .html file within the
helper files directory and set the string within the
IFrame if EnableSsl is set to true to be:
@" SRC=""" + HelperFilesPath + "ftb.blankpage.html"""
Logged In: YES

The update need to be made to line 2100 within
freetextbox.cs
Although we're not using it, there is another iframe on line
2080 of the same file that may need to have the same
change made to it.
