#1 help screen in game

A help screen (key 'H') in the game would be nice.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement because P is used to pause the game and shows the png Image "Paused" or 'Paused remote'.

So someone just has to paint a nice help screen image which explain the available keys and mousebuttons and mousemoves.
