[Freetengwar] keyboard ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hello,

I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS to 16.04 LTS.  I find that I
can no longer install the ucteng keyboard.  It seems to install, at
least partly, but when I try to select the ucteng keyboard from the
list, I find that the option is grayed out and not functional.

Does anybody know why and whether there is a work around?

I did not change the contents of any of the supplied files.
