#1 song fragment location

If you are given two versions of the exact same track,
each recorded at a somewhat (slightly) different
tempo/pitch... Can you locate the exact position
(start and end) of a unique fragment of the first file
in the second file? What size of fragment is
required? Would a 7 min song clipped down to 6
minutes get a match (with ability to identify where
the clipping occurs)?
