We're pleased to announce the release of Overflow 0.6.1. This release has mostly focused on bug fixing and improving the core library. This release is compatible at the XML level with 0.6.0 but not at the source/binary level. Those who have
nodes coded in C++ should 's/specificInitialize/initialize/' their source file.

Changes :

• Method renamed: specificInitialize() has been renamed to initialize(). This affects those who write their own nodes.
• Cancelling a program with the "stop" button has now less chances fo crashing Overflow.
• Node CAllPole was renamed to IIR, making it more clear what the node is doing.
• Various GUI improvements
• Many bug fixes (possibly new ones)
• Real-Time Clock (/dev/rtc) support for timing/waiting
• Added user-defined struct-like types throught the use of the MakeComposite and GetComposite nodes

We're pleased to announce the release of Overflow 0.6.0. Overflow is a free (GPL/LGPL) "data flow oriented" development environment. It can be use to build complex applications by combining small, reusable building blocks. In some way, it has similarities with Simulink and LabView, although it is not designed (and far) to be a "clone" of any of them. Overflow 0.5.0 and Open Mind Speech 0.0.2 have just been released. Also, this is also the first "official" release of Open Mind Speech. Right now, there is a basic speaker verification system. Note that this speaker verification system requires Overflow. See the README file for more info.

Overflow 0.4.3 has been released. This is a minor release which provides the functionality for the speaker verification system available at: ftp://freespeech.sourceforge.net/pub/freespeech/speaker_verification-0.0.1.tgz

Version 0.4.2 of Overflow has been released, with a focus on portability. If anyone gets Overflow to compile on more platforms, please contact us.

Overflow 0.4.1 has been released. This is mostly a bug-fix release. Lots of crashes have been fixed. A couple features have also been added, most notably the ability to use threads in Overflow programs (still experimental).
