[Overflow] SPAM problems on the mailing list

Hi,

Just to let you know that I have now changed the Overflow mailing list
settings so that only members are allowed to post. I don't like doing
that but I think it has become necessary due to the increased amount of
SPAM received recently. Note that it may take a couple hours for the
changes to take effect.
