[Overflow] overflow and SUSE 8.1

Hello,

I tried to compile overflow on my computer with SUSE 8.1, but
the configure script failed with

can't find libxml.

I looked into the configure script and found that the message is
produced by the=20

gnome-config

command.

Gnome-config seems not to be a part of my gnome installation and at the
gnome homepage a download of the program is not possible any more.

To me it looks like if gnome-config is obsolete and they use gconf instea=
d.

Does anybody know how to modify the scripts to make overflow compiling
on SUSE 8.1
