[Open Mind Speech] can you tell me more about common sense

I'm curious to know what format the common sense information is
stored in. If you have a way to convert the submissions people give
to some semantic representation, do you have a way to play around &
query the knowledge base?  I'd like to check it out. Also, what are
the licensing terms for the KB, is it GPL?
