#23 Tab problem

When we open multi-files in the same time, we have to
change the subnet in the last file opened before to be
able to change subnet in the first file opened.

exemple:

1. we open 3 files as follow:
   % vflow file1.n file2.n file3.n

2. when the files are opened, Overflow set active the
   last file by default (i.e. file3.n)

3. in Overflow, click to file1.n to active it and try
   to change subnet... you can't !!! You have to change
   subnet in the last file (i.e. file3.n) and after you
   can go to file1.n to change the subnet.
