FreeNIBS-1.1.6, FreeNIBS-2.1.4 and 3.0.0-a7 released

I try to fix error on user disconnections with FreeNIBS-3.0.0 (alpha up to 7).
Minor fixes on workaround with modern version of FreeRADIUS.
