#2 Ensure compatibility with Moodle

Some users have asked to have compatility both in programming style and DB access with moodle (https://moodle.org/). As a first step a FreeSMS plugin could be implemented in order to integrate FreeSMS and Moodle and study the potential benefits and future steps.
