    I downloaded freeship 26 to test it.
    I tried unsuccesfully to import a jpeg file to use it as a model (ref chap 16 page 52/58 - french doc version).
    I use
    right click  as specified but the "import" function looks like inactive.
    Can you give me some advice to activate the import menu and  to perfom this action?

      The import function may be inactive if you have not yet started a project. However, I think what you are actually trying to do is create a background image over which to develop your project. That function is not available in the perspective view, only in plan, bodyplan or profile. Right click on one of those, select "Background image/Load" and you should be able to navigate to the jpg you want to import.

        thanks for the answer.
        you are fully right...I discovered that latter in the night!
        Anyway I did one step forward  and that is the good point.
        Of course I have a new challenge now: why can I not drag my backgroung picture to fit the reference lines...Another challenge for me tonight (smile)
