Hi,
Freeship!works well under wine but the hydrostatics calculation results don't show in the window and then Freeship! freezes.
Could it be possible to have the choice to save the results directly in a text file which should prevent these freezes to occur.

  If so maybe a more wine friendly way of creating a temporary file could be used if the normal fail.
  
  Like a try, and catch error, thing.
  
  A good place for wine would be z:\tmp\
  
  This might fix so the calculations would work with wine.
