i'm having troubles getting the dyndns portion to update
on v0.3.3.

after some poking around in the /bin/dyndns script file i
found the snarf call:

snarf -qn "http://
$DYNNAME:$DYNPASS@members.dyndns.org/nic/update?
system=dyndns&hostname=$DYN_ACCOUNT&myip=$EXIP
&wildcard=$WILDCARD&mx=$MX&backmx=$BACKMX" /tmp
/dyndns.htm

so i went to manually run the above command with the
appropriate vars filled in, however, i always get back:

error: HTTP error from server: HTTP/1.1 401
Authorization Required

here's a sample command i was issuing:
snarf
http://userId:password@members.dyndns.org/nic/update
?
system=dyndns&hostname=myHost.dyndns.org&myip=10.
0.0.1

if i had to guess, snarf isn't honoring the user:password
params. if i issue the same command from another
system with wget, i don't have a problem.

    Unfortunately "snarf" is a very stripped binary and there
    can be problems with specific characters in a username or
    password. So my recommendation is to remove and special
    characters and make a simple password to start with at
    dyndns and see if it works. At that point you can get more
    complicated with passwords up until it quits working.
