[Freerp-alexdiary] Logistics: summary data on a per-job basis

Via javascript we must provide statistics on the current job in
count_codici_ris.esql.xcaml.

* Total quantity to be moved (* already available *)
* Total quantity as computed from the lettura_automatica readings
* Total quantity as computed from the count_codici_ris.xcaml form
