If the images are bigger than the maximum texture size supported by the
graphics card, they are tiled now.
A new parameter has been added to allow specification of the amount of video
ram to use use for textures:
vram=xxx specify video memory used for textures in MB. If the pano
doesn't fit into the memory, its size is reduced.
This parameter can be specified on the command line or the ~/.freepv file
I plan to add automatic vram detection later.
Additionally, I have added a small command line utility (qtvr2img) to
extract the cube faces / cylindrical image from a given .mov file.
