#3 Auto Update

Create an internal function that will allow the FPA Service to do the follow.

Spawned thread from scheduling manager...
1. Download update specification from freepostadmin.sourceforge.net/update/freepostadmin-update.ini
2. Determine if an update is available.
3. Download the update.
4. Disable the service.
5. Overwrite the application with the update.
6. Reenable the service.
7. Send an email stating that an update has been performed.

This module will make use of the compression, scheduling, and maybe the scripting modules.
