Option to have the connectors drawed above the nodes rather than under

I'm not sure if I understand what you want, but maybe it is this option: Preferences…->Defaults->Connectors->Paint connectors behind nodes

Thanks eu I didn't knew this option.
Maybe it could be better to have this option per connector basis.. so to be
able to check it or not when right-clicking the connector for options on it?
