#2352 Ability to move the map using the current selected node and keyboard only

Currently, the only way to repostion the map is th drap a blan area with the mouse.
Exceptions to this are when you have the root node selected and you move it up/down/right or you have selected a node with no children and you move it left' (using the right arrow key).

It would be a nice feature to be able to have a keyboard combination of the arrow keys and a modifier key to grab the current node and move the entire map based on the direction of the arros keys.

I think that keyboard repositioning is more precise.

I discovered that Alt-Ctl-Shift + arrow keyes does exactly what I was requesting.
