Hello,
I think it is a pity that one cannot have a local (green down-left arrow) as well as an external (red up right arrow) hyperlink in the same node. I forget this sometimes, and get an external hyperlink overwritten by a local hyperlink
Thus, it would be great either to be able to have both types of links (whichwould be very usefull, as the usage is not the same), or have a warning that a link is already existing (this is also true for "choosing" a hyperlink, which will overwrite an existing one, only by "typing" a hyperlink, one will see that there is already one existing.
For local links this can be important, as nodes might be far away from each other and thus not visible.
Another way to resolve my problem, is to allow for "virtual" nodes, which are the exact copy of an existing node elsewhere in the map (thus changes propagate) and links back to this one
But I think that this has already been discussed in a different thread
Cheers

Of course, Olvier, you are aware, but for the benefit of other readers, it IS possible to include as many links in a node as one wishes. HTML links can be embedded in node core, notes, details and attributes. Even images can be tied to "local" or "external" data resources. That's one of the aspects about FP that can be so confusing and is hard to explain: It's a very powerful tool and there are many ways to accomplish the same ends.
Just didn't want people to walk away from this discussion with the idea that any given node is limited to one link.
Q a few months you mentioned the embedded hyperlinks, and sincebthen
Dimitry added shortcuts for them (Ctrl-H) and since then I started to use
them more and more and cant kive without them. Links to webs, libks to
files, and (most of all) links to other nodes by nodeURI

"Virtual node" seems like a clone-node containing a hyperlink to itself (to
its NodeURI): the clones will keep the unchanged nodeURI
