On version 1.9.7 and the last 1.9.8
from the About link for the new version, the url arrive on non secure screen.
continue at your own risk
the url ends with a .io
If i pass by the official site https://www.freeplane.org/ i have not the problem to download the update.
For resume , the Bad url from About Screen is https://www.freeplane.sourceforge.io/
