I created a new map and was able to Add Image as expected. I then saved the map as "<software> ver. 9.mm". The file saved successfully with no warnings. I then exited Freeplane.

After opening the saved file the map and all pre-existing images were visible. However adding new images by Add Image or drag and drop does not work. No error or warning is shown. Image is not displayed.

I then did Save As "<software> ver 9.mm" and removed the dot as part of the file name. After exiting Freeplane and opening the new saved file the images became visible.

    I can not reproduce the error. Please write all file names and their directory paths.

    I concur that I cannot reproduce the error. Copy and Paste into my mind map is working but Add Image from an existing Bitmap is not, even after removing the dot. I assume this error is unrelated to the file name. I am happy for this Ticket to be closed.
