#86 Fleet names

Fleet names should be auto-generated based on the type
of ship in the fleet, and unless a player ever manually
changes the name to something they want, the auto-name
should update whenever ships are added or removed.

Some fleet types:

- Colonization Fleet
- Patrol Fleet
- War fleet
- Reconaissance Fleet
- Invasion Fleet

- Any ship with a colony ship is automatically a
Colonization Fleet
- A fleet comprised only of scout ships is a
reconaissance fleet
- Any fleet with at least one warship is a patrol fleet
(4 ships or fewer) or a War fleet (5 ships or more)
- A patrol or war fleet with troop transports is an
invasion fleet (..once we have troop transports...)
