#53 Reset Zoom & Scroll of Galaxy Map for New Game

Currently it seems that the most recent zoom level and
scroll position of the galaxy map is retained when the
player resigns and starts a new game, or if the player
loads a game from a save file. IMO it'd be better to
always reset the view to a standard medium-depth zoom,
centred over the centre of the galaxy, or one of the
player's planets / fleets. This is only really a
problem if you end a game zoomed in very close, then
load up another... sometimes this results in no stars
being visible on the screen without scrolling / zooming
out, which looks somewhat bad, imo.

i agree that zoom lvl should be reset when loading a game,
but i guess most player would be annoyed if they had to
    zoom in/out after pressing turn.

I wasn't suggesting to reset zoom after ending a turn...
(nor do I think this should be done, for the same reason you
    gave)

The important thing is to reset the zoom level and scroll
position when starting a *new* game.

Whether loading a game resets the view to default (like
starting a new game) or whether the save file includes zoom
and scroll settings isn't so important. It might be nice to
save zoom and scroll settings in a save file, and load them
with the game data, but this certainly isn't a high priority.

I don't know why i had turn processing in mind. I must have
    read something about it elsewhere.
