#157 Show hull strength as fraction

Currently hull strength is shown as a single number. There's no easy way to tell weather the ship is damaged, and if so how damaged it might be.

It would be more helpful to show damaged ships like so: 14/30
a ship that all full strength would have 30 hull points, but currently has only 14.
