#147 Starlanes are not Bottle-necks

One of the big reasons for starlanes was that they could form strategic bottlenecks.

Currently, however that work.

Systems and Starlanes: (A) - - - (B) - - - (C) - - -
If an enemy is at "B", simply chart a course from "A" to "C" and you'll pass by the enemy as if it didn't exist.

For the Bottleneck concept to work, travel to "C" should be interrupted at "B" and combat take place.

    This has now been implemented in the latest FreeOrion code in the
    Subversion repository.
