#560 Plasma Cannon 1 - Weapon Unavailable

Once I've researched the tech, the weapon isn't available in the design window. Once you get to level 2 it is there. I've only downloaded the test release today so it's pretty current.

Afraid not, at the time I had mass driver 1, laser 4 and plasma cannon 1. I'll see if I have a save I can provide if it would help?

In the latest SVN, laser 4 is strictly better than plasma cannon 1: it costs less, takes less time to produce, and does more damage.
