#441 Fleet Move Dots Rendered Without Transparency

The fleet move line dot texture has alpha channel transparency in it, with the intended effect that the dots would fade into their background at the edges. The dot textures aren't rendered with alpha taken into account, however, so the dots have a boxy / blocky shaped appearance that wasn't intended. It would probably look better if the dots were rendered with alpha channel transparency.

    They are displayed with alpha; here's an image with enlarged dots with some holes added (and code hacked to increase distance between): http://www.wrwrwr.org/images/enlarged-movement-dots

    I believe the texture needs to fall off faster (lets say alpha = 0 at each edge).

    wrwrwr's comment looks on the money to me. I also looked at the texture in Gimp, and it looks lousy. Let's just replace it.
