#377 Saves appear in random order

This is just a minor bug, but it makes loading the latest autosave difficult.

For some reason, the load game window shows saves in seemingly random order, while it should either sort them by date or alphabetically. The bug occurs even when there are only like 5 saves.

Are you sure? Saves are listed in alphabetical order for me on WinXP. The boost filesystem basic_directory_iterator which is what is used to iterate through a directory to populate the file open dialog, says the order of files it iterates over is unspecified however... It may be OS-dependent.

You are right, this appears to be OS specific, as it occurs in the latest subversion on Ubuntu 8.04 for me, but not in FreeOrion 0.3.10 in Windows Vista. Can someone else running Linux confirm this bug?

Fixed in GG Subversion. (The fix wasn't in the FreeOrion code
itself, but in GG, the GUI library FreeOrion uses.)
