I reboot on r5648 and I need to go into the shell an do 'zpool import <volname>' to get everything online.

Please refile this at support.freenas.org.

Also, there should be an error early in boot of some sort to explain this. Please include it because it works for me for sure (this was one case I tested before release and again just now).
