I'm in a state where the "Apply Changes" button is displayed in the Disks|ZFS|Pools|Management panel. This button is displayed even when no changes exist. If I click on the button, I get two notifications. 1) Error: The changes could not be applied (error code 1). and 2) The configuration has been changed. You must apply the changes in order for them to take effect. I've tried rebooting, loading a backup configuration, resetting to factory defaults, and even clearing browser cookies. I eventually had to rebuild my system from scratch and restore my config from backup (which fixed the problem).
