#779 web interface not responding during rsync

using 7.2.5220 (because of the 4k advanced format)
during rsync (local) web gui is not loading, so no log can be monitored
the rsync transfer is going on
after rsync is finished, the web gui comes available again

This problem was solved in a later version.
But now, running 7.2.5543, it is there again.
Webgui not responsive during rsync process.
