#774 Fuppes Video Transcoding Broken

It appears that Transcoding of videos no longer works. I no longer can transcode mkv files. My ps3 gives a network error of all 0's. All avi files seam to work fine, so it is just the Fuppes transcoding not the streaming that is broken.
