#765 smartmontools 5.38 standby bug

It looks like a bug in smartmontools/smartctl 5.38 ignores \"Standby\" option in smartd.conf and as a result smart polling keeps drives spinning, not spinning down.

Smartmontools 5.39.1 fixes this bug.

My FreeNAS version: 0.7.1 (5065) amd64-embedded (7S).

The Upgrade to smartmontools 5.39.1 is done.

I hope the upgrade fix the standby bug as they report in the changelog on Linux.
If the problem exists please open it again.
