#735 fuppes /tmp/fuppes always created

Fuppes always creates the directory /tmp/fuppes regardless of the "Database directory" setting. Although the actual fuppes.db is correctly written to the path I specify in "Database directory", freenas still creates /tmp/fuppes even though it's not used.

This bug that doesn't affect functionality as far as I can tell.

I don't know well, but temp dir is not same as data dir.
temp dir is used as temporary such as transcoding but not only it.
